Cancellations or Appointment Changes
Any cancellations or changes to an appointment must be made 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time, or will result in 50% of the service total. Any cancellations/changes to an appointment made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will be subject to pay 100% of the service total. If same day/no show cancellations occur, the client will not be allowed to rebook a future appointment and will pay a full 100% of service.

Refund Policy
All services are non-refundable.

New Extension Guest Deposit
New Extension Guest Deposit will be half of the Hair cost, which is determined at the time of Consultation. Extension Hair Deposits will be NON-REFUNDABLE and will be required to book an Install appointment.

Late Policy
If running a few minutes late to your appointment, we ask that you contact your stylist and let them know as soon as possible. After 15 minutes past the scheduled appointment time, you will be asked to reschedule your appointment and will be FULLY RESPONSIBLE for the FULL cost of the service that scheduled day.

We accept payment in all forms of credit card and cash. No Venmo/Applepay.
